Rob did an exceptional job helping my family buy a house in Henderson. We couldn’t be more grateful to him, especially because we were buying a house while still living in a different state. Rob was very strategic in leading us through the process. As people completely new to the area, he helped us identify the neighborhoods we’d like first to narrow down the search — showing us houses in different parts of Henderson and discussing all the pros and cons of each neighborhood. Once we got comfortable with WHERE, he started filtering the list and highlighting the best options. Once we had a solid list of houses to see, I flew to Henderson a couple of times to tour them. Rob would always make himself available for those days, even if it was a last-minute decision. He’d schedule all the tours and drive me around, patiently answering all my questions and navigating me through the overwhelming amount of information. He knows how to help a buyer pick the best house that’s a perfect match, which shows his level of maturity and experience. I would definitely recommend Rob to anyone as an excellent agent, whether you’re a buyer or seller — I know for sure he’s great at both. And by the way, he’s perfect at guiding a buyer through every step of the process. Even before you have a question, he’d be there with a comprehensive list of answers, pre-filled documents, scheduled inspections, and everything needed for the whole process to be as smooth as possible.
