When this house was purchased it was a very tricky time. The market was booming and prices were going up. After looking at numerous homes and losing out because of timing or offer issues I found the home of my dreams and did not want to lose it. Because of Rob’s knowledge and expertise he was able to insert what was called an “escalating clause” which meant that any offers coming in higher than my mine, my offer would automatically escalate by $500. Long story short–I got the house.
 In addition to this house, he sold my other two homes located in Silverado Ranch, he helped my mother buy and sell a home in Seven Hills and he helped my fiancé buy his dream home in Las Vegas. Not only is Rob a GREAT and TRUSTWORTHY Realtor but he has also become a good friend.

Rob is the best! He literally went above and beyond to help sell my house. By that I mean that he actually climbed up onto the roof in the 100 degree heat to make sure the required roof repairs were done properly. That’s how hard he will work to sell your house! Rob helped me buy the house originally, masterfully negotiating a very rapid short-sell deal. When I had to move 3 years later, he found a cash buyer within a week of the house going on the market, and he expertly negotiated a deal that was far better than I expected. This review is going to be straight to the point. Rob is THE BEST of THE BEST ! I would give him ten stars if I could . We had to relocate, because of work , after living in a house we owed for over 15 yrs . We were nervous, as we knew the best option for us was to sell . From day one Rob took us by the hand , and walked us through everything . North Las Vegas is saturated with houses, Rob sold the house in NO time !
