My name is Rob Turney and I’ve been a Realtor in Las Vegas since 2001, but before that I worked for 16 years in video production and advertising, creating promotional sales materials, electronic media and television programming for clients as well as creating and placing print, internet, radio and television advertising in local and national outlets based on market research of each client’s individual characteristics. As a real estate broker, I’ve been able to utilize that same skill set when developing a marketing plan for the properties I sell and acquire for my clients. I’ve listed and sold everything from commercial office, warehouse and retail buildings, vacant residential and commercial land as well residential entry level homes & condominiums and multi-million-dollar luxury homes, which has qualified me for the Guild Level Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation.

I pride myself on excellent customer service and attention to each client’s unique needs. Nearly 70 percent of my business is based on repeat clientele or referrals from them, and I feel that is a direct result of the amount of energy, time and expertise I put into ensuring my clients are satisfied with the outcome of their individual real estate needs.
